A Few Words From Louise Elman MP

"This is devasting news Michael deserves a re-trial, so that all the available evidence can be considered. This has been denied by the Bulgarian authorities. I will continue to work with the Shields family and campaign to secure justice. Goverment ministers have been making representaions to the Bulgarian goverment, although they can not intervene in the judicial system of another country. I will be speaking to ministers again and asking them to make renewed representaions. I will continue to raise Michael's case in the house of commons.

Michael Shields deserves justice. I will continue to do all I can to achieve this. "
